1C brown sugar, packed
1Tbsp vanilla extract
2 sticks butter

Here is how you make Cookie Brownie:

Combine all cookie dough ingrediants like you normaly would. Keep in a bowl and chill. Set aside.Brownies:Heat oven to 300 degrees and bake for 45 minutes in a greesed 9x13 pan.Combine all wet ingrediants in a bowl. Combine butter and both sugars to the wet ingrediants. Add in the dry ingrediants and mix until everything is completely combined.When the brownies are done baking and are cooled, take out the cookie dough, and take half the dough out of the bowl and place ontop of the brownies and spread evenly overtop.
