Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, stir together the quick oats, flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg, set aside.2. In a large bowl, cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth. Beat in the egg and applesauce.
