Here is how you make Fudgy No-Bake Hershey's Cookies:

Place a piece of wax paper or foil on a counter top. In a large pot mix sugar, butter, milk and cocoa on medium heat stirring constantly intil mixture comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and cool for 1 min. Add peanut butter, oats, and vanilla. Mix well. Quickly drop mixture by heaping tsp. onto wax paper or foil.
