Here is how you make Kari's Own Low Carb Peanut Butter Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350.Mix peanut butter with egg and artificial sweeteners. Add whey. Mix well until you have a dough. If the dough seems too soft, add a little bit more whey.Form into cookies. These will NOT spread, so the shape you make them is the shape they will end up.Grease a cookie sheet. Bake for about 5 - 7 minutes, then take out of oven, flip the cookies over, put back in oven for an additional 5 - 7 minutes.
