Cookies: Cream shortening and sugar, add beaten eggs and cream. Add carrots and blend well. At this point I add flavorings. Add sifted dry ingredients. Drop onto greased cookie tins. ( I use the silicone mats no grease) Bake in 350 degree oven until lightly browned just edges. 17 minutes.
