Add sugars. Beat until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. Beat in flour mixture. Stir in wheat cereal, oats and chocolate chips.Drop by well-rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and set.
