Here is how you make Soft Snicker Doodle Cookies:

Preheat Oven to 350. Mix Cream Cheese and 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs together in a large bowl. In a separate bowl add dry ingredients, blend dry with wet. Chill dough for 10 minutes in the fridge. In mean time combine, 3 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon in a little bowl..pull dough out and form into 1 inch balls, placing them in the sugar mixture. Coat and place on ungreased cookie sheet, flatten down just a little bit. Bake 10 minutes or so and remove immediately.
