Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.In a medium bowl, cream together the melted butter, brown sugar and white sugar until well blended. Beat in the vanilla, eggs until light and creamy. Mix in the sifted ingredients until just blended. Stir in the chocolate chips, skor, nuts and pretzels by hand using a wooden spoon. Drop cookie dough using a large cookie scoop and place onto the prepared cookie sheets. Cookies should be about 3 inches apart.Bake for 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly toasted. Cool on baking sheets completely. Do not overcook! If edges are barely brown, but they have baked 15min, they are done. They might not look done but take them out, cool completely and remove from tray. Serving Size:?21
