Here is how you make CranChoCo Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.2. In large mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and butter. Beat with an electric mixer on medium for 30 seconds.3. Add sugar and mix thoroughly.4. In small bowl, lightly beat eggs. Add to mixture in large bowl and beat until thoroughly incorporated.5. Sift together cinnamon, baking soda, and flour. Add to creamed mixture and beat thoroughly.6. Stir in oats. 7. Stir in cranberries, chocolate morsels, and coconut.8. Drop by rounded (measuring) teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10 minutes.
