Here is how you make Go To Bed Cookies:

1. Preheat oven to 350 (F).2. 2 egg whites beaten stiff while adding 2/3 cup granulated sugar. When thoroughly beaten, fold in by hand 1 six oz package semi-sweet real chocolate chips and 3/4 cup Rice Crispies.3. Butter a large cookie sheet. From a teaspoon push off little dabs of above mixture onto cookie sheet. One bite dabs makes about 40 or more, two bite size makes about thirty. Put them as close together as you want for they keep their shape nicely and do not spread.4. Put into a preheated 350 oven and allow to bake for exactly one minute. Then turn off the oven and go to bed. No Peeking! Store in airtight container.(You can make them in the morning and let them sit in the oven for about 5-6 hours).
