Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream the brown sugar and butter in a mixer or with a hand beater until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Combine the dry ingredients in a seperate bowl(flour, baking mix, cinnamon). Alternate adding the dry ingredients and the whipping cream to the butter and sugar mixture, until just combined. Then Stir in the oatmeal.Use a small cookie scoop to get uniform sized cookies and place on an ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
