1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats, uncooked
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
2 cups corsely chopped cranberries

Here is how you make Cranberry Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray baking sheets with non-stick spray (pam).Cream sugar and margerine, beat at medium speed until well blended. Add apple juice concentrate, egg whites and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and oats then gradually add to creamed mixture beating at low speed to form a soft dough. Stir in cranberries with spoon. Drop dough by level tablespoonfuls one inch apart. Bake for 14 minutes or til lightly browned.
