How Do I Make Cookies and Cream Freeze?

Here is how you make Cookies and Cream Freeze:

~Line 8x5 bread pan with foil.~Place 9 cookies on bottom, cutting one in half to fit pan.~Crumble remaining cookies and set aside.~Melt chocolate according to package directions and set aside.~Beat cream cheese, vanilla, sugar and Splenda with mixer until blended well. ~Stir in Cool Whip.~Remove 2 cups of mixture and place in medium bowl.
