Here is how you make Cookies and Cream Mini- Cheesecake:

Mix together first 4 ingredients. Separate Oreo cookies, place one half in bottom of foil cupcake liners (just like the paper ones for cupcakes,but made out of foil) placed on a cookie sheet. Place remaining Oreos into a ziplock bag and crush, then fold into cheesecake batter. Spoon cheesecake batter into each foil cupcake liner. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-17 minutes. Remove from oven and cool, then chill in refrigerator.
