Here is how you make Cookies'n'Cream Cupcakes:

Crush 5 oreos.Mix dry cake mix with Sparkling Water and Yogurt. Mix crushed Oreos into mix. Place half of an Oreo with cream-filling at bottom of cup. Fill cups with the batter.Bake for 15 minutes, checking periodically to be sure there is no burning.
