First time out I made the frosting too thick - it should be more of a glaze so I'll give it another shot. (I halved the whole recipe, but did not do so with the powdered sugar - oops -they were still tasty!)

Chill dough for at least 1 hour.Drop dough by large scoop (~2 tblspn) on ungreased cookie sheet or silpat. Bake 8-10 minutes until lightly browned on top. Icing (optional):In a saucepan, bring butter and milk to a boil. Remove from heat; add powdered sugar, vanilla. When frosting is cool, spread on cookiesFull recipe makes ~ 6 Doz+ large (`3") cookies.
