How Do I Make Chocoalte Bliss Cookies?

Here is how you make Chocoalte Bliss Cookies:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line two large cookie sheets with foil. Sift cocoa powder, salt and half of the sugar (6 tablespoons) together. In a large bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Beat in remaining sugar, adding 1 tablespoon at a time. Beat until meringue is glossy and stiff peaks form. Fold in cocoa mixture. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes for a soft cookie and 40 for a crisp cookie.
