Beat sugar and eggs together until light and fluffy. Mix in melted butter.Sift dry ingredients together.Mix the dry ingredients into the butter/sugar/eggs mixture, and then add in lemon juice and zest.Roll dough out until 1/2" thick. Cut into 1 1/2" strips.
