Splenda (or adjust to your taste) 1/2 c. prune puree (I used Gerber baby prunes) 1/3 c. plain or vanilla yogurt 1 tsp. vanilla extract about 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar (made from either putting a vanilla bean in with your sugar and letting it sit, or pulverize a bean with your sugar in a food processor or blender.) I just put a couple of drops of vanilla extract in with the sugar because vanilla beans are VERY expensive. How Do I Make Fat-Free Balsamic Fudge Cookies?Here is how you make Fat-Free Balsamic Fudge Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 baking sheets, or cover them with parchment paper or silicone baking mats._____________________________________Mix flour, soda and salt together and set aside._____________________________________In a medium mixing bowl, mix prune puree with 2/3 c. sugar and cocoa, stir to combine. Add yogurt, vanilla, and balsamic glaze, stir and mix well. Add flour mixture and stir until just combined, don't over mix.______________________________________Drop tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets about 1 1/2 in. apart. Using back of spoon, flatten each cookie slightly and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. ______________________________________Bake for 9-11 minutes - be careful not to burn the bottoms!______________________________________Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. These taste best cold, and even better the next day.______________________________________Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
