I altered them a little more, adding low fat cream cheese instead of all the butter, making them a lower fat alternative. They still aren't a diet cookie by any means, but they are simply the best! In a mixing bowl, put butter and cream cheese. Blend till soft and fluffy. Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, mix well. add vanilla, blend. Flatten down to an inch, wrap in wax paper, and stick in fridge for 30 minutes to chill thoroughly.Preheat oven to 350.
