Here is how you make Triple Ginger Cookies:

Soften butter, combine butter and brown sugar and beat until creamy. Add eggs and beat until fully incorporated (at this point you can?t overbeat). Add molasses and all spices and mix well. Add flour a cup at a time and mix gently. DO NOT OVERMIX AFTER ADDING THE FLOUR.Scrape dough out of bowl onto saran wrap and wrap tightly. Put ball into ziplock bag and store overnight. Remove from fridge--you can let it soften a little at this point. Make into balls and roll into granulated sugar. Bake at 350 for 9-13 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE.
