3/4 cup becel margarine
3/4 cup shortening
1/3 cup Frangelico
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 50gr bars Lindt 99% chocolate-very finely chopped (it's quite bitter)
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups chopped toasted hazelnuts (skins off)
3 cups flour

Here is how you make Hazelnut Frangelico Chip Cookies:

Cream the becel, shortening, Frangelico and brown sugar until it is very light and airy. Then add eggs and beat again very well. Add the finely chopped lindt chocolate, the baking soda, and the salt. Mix really well. Then add the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts. After this is all incorporated, I add the flour last so as to not overbeat it.Using small scoop, make 7 dozen cookies. Bake at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheets for about 8 minutes. Better to underbake them a bit than let them get too done.Serving Size: Makes 7 dozen small cookies.
