Here is how you make Lemon Ricotta Cookies:

Preheat oven to 375* F.In medium bowl,combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set asideIn large mixer bowl combine butter and sugar. Beat on high until light and fluffy, about 3 min. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating until incorporated. Add ricotta cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest. Beat to combine. Stir in dry ingredients.Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon dough,( about 2 tbsp for each cookie)onto baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes, until slightly golden at the edges. Remove from oven and let rset on baking sheet for 20 minutes.Glaze: Combine powdered sugar, lemon juice and lemon zest in small bowl until smooth.
