How Do I Make Aunt Lena's Soft Molasses Cookies?Here is how you make Aunt Lena's Soft Molasses Cookies: Cream together Eggs, shortening, sugar and molasses in a very large mixing bowl, until smooth and creamy.In a seperate large mixing bowl, whisk together all the other dry ingrediants.Gradually add the dry ingrediants, alternating with the milk, mixing each addition until completely incorporated.Cover bowl and freeze overnight.When ready to make cookies:Turn out dough on to a lightly floured surface. Either pat or roll w/ a floured rolling pin til desired thickness. Cookies do puff quite a bit.Cut w/ floured cutter.
