How Do I Make Lo-Cal Molasses Cookies?

Here is how you make Lo-Cal Molasses Cookies:

Combine the oil, molasses, sugar and egg and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients, then add to the wet mixture. Refridgerate at least 2 hours, then roll into 1-inch balls. Roll each ball in additional sugar or cinnamon-sugar mix and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes. *Note: This recipe originally called for 2 cups of flour, but I found the dough to be too dry and crumbly. I usually get about 2 1/2 - 3 dozen cookies, and the Nutrition Facts are calculated at 1 cookie per serving out of 30 made. Number of Servings: 30Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user EROSET23.
