Here is how you make Good for You Oatmeal Cookies:

Combine first 7 ingredients, mix together and set aside. Mix together butter, oil and sugars. Add flax seed, vanilla and eggs. When all is well blended, add raisins and dry ingredients that were set aside. Chill the dough a few minutes in the freezer. Drop by teaspoonfuls or a mini ice cream scoop onto cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-9 minutes. Unless you want crispy cookies, don't overbake.
