Cream together light butter, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, all spices, baking powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla. Beat in egg. Add oats, flour, chopped nuts. Mix well. Add all chopped fruits. Mix well. Drop cookie dough by small spoonfuls onto non-stick baking sheet. Bake for approx. 12 - 13 minutes. Do NOT OVERBAKE! Cookies should just start to turn brown on edges but still be soft in center.
