Mix butter, sugars, protein powder and spices together. Scrape sides of bowl. Then, add eggs and vanilla. Then, add flour and oats, nuts, cranberries and raisins. Scoop into balls and flatten on cooking sheet with silpat cooking mats on top. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes.
