Here is how you make No Bake Peanutbutter-Oatmeal Cookies:

Pour Oats in mixing bowl. In a medium size saucepan combine brown sugar, butter and milk. Heat over medium heat until mixture begins to gently boil. Once it comes to a boil time for 2 minutes. Turn burner off and add peanut butter and vanilla. Pour hot mixture over oats and stir rapidly. Drop in spoonfulls on wax paper.
