In a mixer, beat butter for 30 seconds. Beat in the brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and cloves until well combined. Beat in eggs. Beat in as much of the flour as you can. Stir in any remaining flour. Stir in oats, raisins, and dried cranberries.Drop by rounded tablespoons on an ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until edges are golden.
