.75 cups Craisins (or other dried fruit)
.25 cups Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
5 tbsp ground flax meal
6 tbsp water
2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
.25 tsp baking soda

Here is how you make Vegan Steel-Cut Oatmeal Craisin Cookies:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.In a small bowl, whisk together the flax meal and water until it becomes a bit gooey and gelatinous. Set aside.In a large bowl, combine the apple sauce, brown sugar, flax meal mixture, and vanilla. Mix until sugar is thoroughly wet. Add remaining ingredients except for Craisins.When mixture is combined thoroughly, add Craisins and mix.On a lightly floured cookie sheet, put tablespoon-full sized balls of dough about an inch apart. (They do not grow in size.)
