How Do I Make Pecan Fudge Cookies?

Here is how you make Pecan Fudge Cookies:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick coating. Carefully melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave oven. Set aside. Place egg whites in a clean mixing bowl and add salt. With an electric mixer, beat until stiff peaks form. Beat in vanilla and vinegar. Fold melted chocolate into egg whites until well blended. Fold in coconut and pecans. Drop cookie batter by spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake until cookies puff and start to show small cracks on top. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Do not over bake.
