Mix flour and nuts and set aside. Cream sugar and butter until well combined and slowly add in flour mix until incorporated and dough sticks. Flatten ball of dough a bit and wrap in plastic or parchment paper and let sit for at least an hour in refrigerator.When you are ready to bake, preheat oven to 300F. Roll dough between 2 sheets of wax paper, or your parchement paper until about 1/4 thick. Use a cookie cutter dipped in flour or a pizza cutter to make strips and place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cook about 15-20, depending on thickness until edges become slightly golden brown.
