Preheat the oven to 350.Cream the dairy free spread and sugar for 5 minutes or until fluffy.Mash the tofu.Add the mashed tofu and vanilla to the creamed mixture and mix well.Sift the flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture and mix well.Roll into 40 balls.Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten each ball with your hand.
