Here is how you make Reduced Sugar Choc-Oat Chip Cookies:

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Combine flour, soda, and salt. Add to sugar mix. Combine oats and chips. Gently stir into sugar/flour mix. Drop by 1 T. rounded scoops onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for approximately 9 minutes. I use a large cookie scoop to drop the cookies.
