Cream both sugars and butter, add oil and finish creaming. Add egg and mix again. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Dough will be very smooth and very soft. (if too soft, can refrigerate) Preheat oven to 375. Roll into walnut sized balls and place on UNGREASED cookie sheet.
