Drew's Healthy Vegan Cookies

An easy vegan-friendly recipe that has NO added sugar or flour. Many possible substitutions and adaptations: unsweetened or sweetened applesauce for the bananas; almond meal for the flax seed meal; extra virgin olive oil for the coconut oil (although I really recommend using the coconut oil); chopped walnuts, etc. for the coconut; add a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter...*This can easily be a gluten-free recipe by seeking out GF rolled oats.
