1. Make the cookies: Preheat the oven to 350˚ and line two large baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas and combine with the maple syrup, applesauce and vanilla. In a large bowl, combine the oats with the brown rice flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
