Heat oven to 350 F. Grease 2 baking sheets. In medium saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to biol over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in walnuts, flour, oats, and vanilla extract.2. Drop batter by level teaspoonfuls onto prepared sheets, spacing 3" apart.
