Mix together dried ingred. with fork. Add oil, 3 eggs,and extract. Mix together with spoon until all dried ingredients are incorporated. Add nuts and cranberries and mix well. Separate dough in half and make 2 long logs, approx.3 " wide. on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for25 min. Lower oven to 250 degrees.
