It tastes like you're eating a full fat cream cheese cake, but with only 208 calories per serving....you'd never know. Mix remaining cake mix with 1 egg, oil, and 1/3 of the brown sugar. Mixture will be crumbly. Press onto bottom and 1 inch up of sides of a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Beat cream cheese and remaining sugar with mixer. Add reserved cake mix, remaining eggs and lemon juice; beat 1 minute. Blend in milk. Batter will be thin. Pour into crust. Bake 45-50 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 4 hours. Top with blueberry pie filling and whipped topping. Store in frig.Serves 24.====================This is how my MIL made it. Might be just as good with fresh blueberries on it rather than the pie filling, and that would significantly lower the calories. Also, could be made with bananas or peaches, or apple pie filling.
