So, I wanted a banana today, but the only one left in the house was frozen, this is what I came up with.This is so creamy and delicious that you will never realize it's not the "real thing."Nutritional info is based on a 4 ounce container of blueberry Yoplait light yogurt (100 calorie pack).I plan on trying this with other frozen fruit/yogurt combinations (PEACH!!), if you try one comment and let me know what you think!I made this in a blender because I don't have a food processor - if you do have a food processor, you may be able to make this with less or even no milk and it would be ready to eat sooner.
