Here is how you make Italian Cream Pudding:

1. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of half & half in saucepan. Let stand 5 minutes to soften. Stir in remaining 1 cup half & half, Splenda & vanilla extract. Cook on low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.)2. Pour gelatine mixture into blender or food processor container. Add ricotta cheese; cover. Blend until pureed. Pour evenly into 7 (6-oz) custard cups or souffle dishes. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.Optional: Can microwave jam in dish on high 15 seconds.
