Here is how you make Mexican Ice-Cream Sundae:

1. Stir together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl then set aside. Stir together Caramel and1/4 tsp of cinnamon and sugar mixture. Spoon the Ice-cream into a shallow glass bowl. Dollop the Caramel mixture over the ice-cream then stir gently. Cover and Freeze for 3 hours until firm.2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
