Add eggs, one at a time, followed by lemon juice and zest. Beat well after each addition.In a medium size bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt. Add to the large bowl slowly, mixing just until dough is smooth. Cover with plastic; chill for about 1 hour or until firm.Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C). Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment.
