1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray baking pan with nonstick spray. Set aside2. In a small bow, combine sour cream, orange zest and orange juice Set aside.3 Sift or whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt & sugar. Cut in the margarine with a pastry cutter until the mixture resembles course meal & all visible lumps of margarine are gone. Stir in sour cream mixture & the currants if using.4. Turn the dough out and press into a 3/4" thick circle. Place dough on the baking sheet. Cut into 8 wedges. Brush the tops with milk & sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
