Sprinkle banana quarters with lemon juice and set aside.In small skillet heat margarine until bubbly and hot; add brown sugar, cinnamon and extracts and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar melts. Remove from heat.Using a wooden spoon, roll banana pieces in sugar mixture.
