How Do I Make Creamy Rich Cheesecake?

Here is how you make Creamy Rich Cheesecake:

Preheat oven to 350.Mix together melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press mixture into a 10" springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese, mascarpone, sour cream, flour, and sugar in a stand mixer. Mix at low speed until well mixed, then add eggs one at a time allowing each one to mix in. Add vanilla. Increase mixer speed until batter is smooth and creamy. Pour into springform pan with crust. The cheesecake will be baked in a water bath. Using one large sheet of foil, cover the outside of the springform pan and place it into a baking dish large enough to cover the springform pan about 3/4 of the way with hot water. A piece of foil can be tented over the cheesecake to keep it from getting too toasty on top, but cheesecake should be uncovered when the oven is turned off. Bake in water bath for 90 min, and then turn off oven and allow cheesecake to sit in hot oven for additional 60 min. Place in fridge over night, or in freezer for three or four hours until it firms up. Even then it will be fairly soft and delicate. I often use a piece of fishing line or a strong piece of thread to cut cheesecake, but a thin knife will work as long as you clean it off after each cut.
