-crush graham crackers in food processor and add 6 tbsp. butter for the crust.-spread half the mixture in square pan sprinkle half on top of filling-mix cream cheese, butter and sugar in food processor-add egg yolks, one at a time to cheese mixture-whip egg whites til stiff-add cherries, vanilla and egg whites and fold into cheese mixture-pour on top of graham cracker bottom crust-add graham cracker crust mixture to the top-bake at 350 *F for 20 minutes-cool completely in refrigerator before serving-serves 16 - 385 calories Number of Servings: 16Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user LADY_DI_1953.
