Preheat oven to 350. Crush Graham Crackers (I put 2 at a time in a ziplock bag and crushed with a spoon). Melt butter and mix with crushed crackers and egg substitute. Spread into the bottom of the dish and bake 20-25 minutes or until firm. Put in fridge to cool when finished, 30 minutes or more if time permits.For the filling, use hand mixer to combine cream cheese, cool whip, and lime juice. Place in freezer to firm 30-60 minutes. Meanwhile make the pudding and let it set. Take the crust out of the fridge and put a layer of the pudding on top. Place in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm a little more, then layer on the cream cheese lime mixture. Top with lime zest and a few thin slices of limes, then put in the freezer for a couple hours to firm up.
